Jen Dahl, Fitness Manager
Jen is an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and classically trained Pilates Instructor with twenty years of experience. Her background includes leading teams, mentoring trainers, and helping fitness professionals grow into management roles. She’s passionate about strength training and Pilates, with a focus on helping people redefine fitness after forty.
Her work has been featured on The Jam and WGN Morning News, and she has raised thousands of dollars for Augie’s Quest, Imerman Angels, and Bright Pink. She once even taught a Spinning class on stage at the House of Blues. Jen is a Master Trainer for WERQ Dance Fitness and is a continuing education provider for ACE and NASM.
Outside of fitness, she loves vinyl records, horror movies, interior design, birding, and taking long walks with her rescue pup, Winnie.
